As our Inbound Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners exploring zip blind solutions via mainly WhatsApp Chat.
Your role is to convert incoming enquiries into appointments and eventually sales.
Handle inbound enquiries from WhatsApp, calls, and other channels.
Provide cost estimates to prospects based on floor plan and measurement
- Schedule on-site appointments or showroom for the sales team
- Use CRM tools to update lead statuses and follow-up schedule
- Work with marketing and operation to provide feedback on common customer questions
- Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handover or conflict resolution
- Assist with ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or admin roles is a plus
- Strong written communication skills (English & bonus if bilingual)
- Strong sense of urgency when it comes to response time.
- Fast, organized, and able to multitask in a busy digital environment
Proficient in WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and basic CRM usage - Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (with off-days in lieu) will be a big plus, although not necessary.
