Meraki Talent are excited to be partnering with a leading global advisory firm on the appointment of an Indirect Tax Director to join their Singapore practice.
This is an a leadership role within a highly regarded firm, advising a diverse varied portfolio of multinational clients on complex indirect tax matters in Singapore, while playing a key part in the continued expansion of the firm's indirect tax offering across Asia-Pacific.
The OpportunityAs Indirect Tax Director, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality client engagements, developing innovative solutions, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities - Manage the delivery of indirect tax advisory and compliance projects across a wide-ranging client base.
- Provide expert guidance on GST, customs, and cross-border indirect tax issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop junior team members to ensure consistent high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, networking, and thought leadership.
- Keep abreast of changes in regional and international indirect tax regulations, advising clients on their impact.
About You - Professional qualification in tax, accounting, or law (e.g. ACA, CTA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Solid indirect tax experience (GST, VAT, customs, excise), ideally gained within a Big 4, top-tier advisory, or multinational environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore and international indirect tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and lead teams effectively.
- Commercially minded with strong business development capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional Asian languages would be a plus.
