- Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints.
- Generate quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery order for customers.
- Assist Sales Executive / Manager in sales administrative day to day activities.
- Ensure products are shipped on time (liaise with operations manager & logistic team).
- Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take.
- Liaise with store colleagues closely and need go to store often for follow up job.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- At least GCE O Level or equivalent.
- Able to speak / write in ENGLISH & CHINESE is a must.
- Knowledge in replying email is a must.
- Good organization skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
