Responsibilities
As an influencer marketing specialist passionate about online content, you'll be eager to work with and build relationships across a large network of influencers from various channels.
Your goal will be to promote Odoo's brand and products in creative and influential ways.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with our brand's goals and objectives, targeting the markets of Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key influencers across diverse sectors—from business to lifestyle—to amplify our brand message on various channels such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with influencers, negotiating terms and ensuring collaborations yield maximum value.
- Develop extensive knowledge of specific Odoo apps to present product demos to content creators to build strong messages for successful collaborations.
- Monitor influencer campaigns, analyzing their performance and providing actionable insights to optimize future collaborations.
- Provide regular updates to the marketing team on campaign influence on brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with designers to develop additional content for influencers to use in their video content, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and effectively showcases our products.
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the influencer marketing landscape.
- Coordinate with local and global teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns and alignment across all marketing efforts.
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor degree or higher in relevant field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of successfully managing influencer partnerships and campaigns.
- Experience in crafting compelling content that drives engagement.
- Social media savvy with a deep understanding of influencer marketing strategies and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
