We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee IT Infrastructure services for our banking client.
The SDM will be responsible for ensuring stable operations, managing SLAs, handling escalations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders .
This role requires strong operational delivery skills, vendor management, and a focus on service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services and operations .
- Monitor service performance, SLAs, and KPIs , ensuring compliance.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Act as primary contact for stakeholder communication and escalation handling .
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure governance, risk, and compliance requirements are met.
- Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare and present service reports, dashboards, and reviews .
- Support vendor management , procurement processes, and contract compliance.
- Participate in audits, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity exercises.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 6–10 years of IT Infrastructure / Service Delivery experience .
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, Windows, Middleware, and Network services .
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management .
- Proven skills in SLA governance, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination .
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and regulated industry environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
