Job Role : Inside Channel Account Manager

Job Roles & Responsibilities :
Partner Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors and resellers across APAC.
Sales Enablement: Equip partners with product knowledge, training, demos, and pre-sales support.
Performance Tracking: Monitor partner KPIs and performance; forecast deals/bookings.
Joint GTM Strategy: Co-develop business plans and campaigns; collaborate with marketing on partner-centric enablement.
Growth Initiatives: Identify expansion opportunities and execute strategies to scale partner sales.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams—sales, marketing, customer support—to support the partner ecosystem.
Training & Communications: Conduct webinars, training sessions, and regular partner updates.
Reporting & Analysis: Deliver timely performance reports and strategic insights to the Channel Sales Director.
Cultural Ambassador: Uphold company values—transparency, trust, and mission-driven ethos.
Job Requirements & Skills :
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in cybersecurity/software sales via channels.
Target Achiever: Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding partner-driven sales goals.
Tools Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Impartner, Clari, or equivalent.
Startup Mindset: Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial tech environments.
Partner Network: Established relationships with APAC channel partners.
Remote Readiness: Able to function effectively as a remote-based contributor.
Travel: Willingness to travel.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
