Job Description:
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information & explanations, and preparing quotations.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identifying potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
Client Engagement:
- Building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant products or services.
Order Management and Follow-up:
- Ensuring accurate order entry, providing timely follow-up, and managing the sales process through to completion.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Collaboration with other teams:
- Working with marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in any fields.
- 0 - 1 year experience in inside sales / customer care.
- Basic MS office applications (MS Word, Excel & etc).
- Able to command in English.
Mandarin will be added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and good in time management.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willing to work in Tuas, West Region, Singapore.
