Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical liaison for key customers and the Europe sales team, providing pre‐sales and post‐sales support for the power IC product line.
Utilize technical knowledge by answering product‐related questions, resolving application issues, and coordinating technical resources.
Develop in-depth technical content, including detailed application notes, whitepapers, and design‐in guides, to enable customer adoption.
Coordinate closely with the Engineering and Sales teams in Europe to align technical support with customer application requirements and sales strategies.
Represent the voice of the customer by gathering deep technical feedback and conveying it directly to engineering and marketing.
Key Attributes:
A solid, practical understanding of power semiconductor applications and circuit design.
Passion for solving customer problems and supporting design wins with technical expertise.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‐technical audiences.
A proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple customer and sales support tasks efficiently and drive them to closure.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or any relevant discipline
Minimum of 3‐5 years of experience in a technical support, applications engineering, or inside sales role within the semiconductor industry (power electronics experience is a plus).
