Overview
This inside sales role focuses on driving sales growth through existing accounts and new customer development in Southeast Asia.
Customer visits are expected.
The position reports to the Director of Sales, Asia Pacific, and may include additional tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in Southeast Asia.
- Meet or exceed sales targets in coordination with sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries on pricing and delivery promptly.
- Process contracts, orders, and invoices through Stratix.
- Provide regular reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate across departments to support company goals.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of commercial experience in steel distribution, precision engineering, or Oil & Gas.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Mechanical, or Materials Science Engineering preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
