Job Description:
- Initiate outbound prospecting to generate new leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Utilize various tools, databases, and online resources to research and identify potential leads and target markets.
- Assess and qualify leads according to predefined criteria, then hand them over to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
- Keep the customer relationship management (CRM) system up-to-date with accurate lead information and statuses.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition.
- Foster relationships with leads through consistent follow-up and personalized communication.
- Support the scheduling of meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Monitor and report on lead generation activities and conversion metrics.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly lead generation goals and KPIs.
Job Requirement:
- Relevant experience will have added advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Suite Applications
