Responsibilities
Assess and analyze competitors’ information/trends to identify sales opportunities and business prospects
Maintain a constantly expanding database of leads/prospects
Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling and emails, to develop leads/referrals and generate interest
Promptly follow up on potential customers' queries and furnish additional products/services information/solutions that is insightful to generate sales
Identify customers’ challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
Well equipped with product knowledge to upsell to customers with compatible products/services
Proactively follow up and maintain rapport with prospects and identify possible new sales opportunities
Partner with other channels to build a pipeline and close deals
Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up.
Render sales support such as preparing sales presentation, proposals, quotation and sales agreement, invoices, etc.
You will need
Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution
At least 3 years of sales experience in the software and technology industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
A self-starter who possesses unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, a user-centric mind, and the drive to maximize market opportunities
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
Excellent written communication skills
Adeptness to thrive and work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
