Inside Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
Liaising with finance department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
Following up on sales inquiries.
Provide regular reports on sales activities.
Requirements:
Diploma in any field.
2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales position.
Experience working in distributor environment would be an advantage.
Results-driven to achieve and exceed sales target.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport.
