Review technical and commercial aspects of RFPs and quotes to prepare for tender/proposals and agreements for clients.
Monitor project expenses and verify supplier and subcontractors' invoices.
Provide planning and cost control support, including variation reporting, milestone monitoring and customer billing.
Schedule and monitor project activities for effective implementation using reports.
Work with the project team to resolve issues and ensure timely completion.
Attend meetings with the project team and clients.
Prepare monthly project costing reports for management review.
Offer cost control and planning advice to the project teams.
Conduct on-site surveys and meetings with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Follow up on preparation of manpower/equipment reports for billing.
Work with Site Team to manage the manpower and their related passes for work at clients' sites.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administrative or related discipline.
Relevant experiences in the Petrol-Chemical Industry preferred.
Enterprise first mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
Ability to work well under stress and tight deadlines.
