Job Description:
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with assigned strategic semiconductor customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and support needs, ensuring prompt, professional, and solution-oriented responses.
- Proactively identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement levels, taking initiative to resolve concerns and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing account development to maximize customer value and retention.
- Represent Excelitas within the customer community, ensuring the company's interests are both promoted and protected.
- Manage all inbound sales leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and customer care initiatives via the CRM system.
- Qualify leads based on strategic fit and potential, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into actionable opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead status, activities, and outcomes to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
- Respond to inquiries and RFQs by providing relevant product information and quoting standard pricing and delivery timelines, in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes and proposals that align with customer requirements and internal guidelines.
- Track and follow up on quotes to drive conversions, ensure customer satisfaction, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate sales forecasts, campaign tracking, and performance reports to support strategic planning.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, customer engagement, and sales performance by account/region, along with other key metrics.
- Support core business processes, including monthly and quarterly reviews, annual operating planning, and expense management through effective forecasting and data analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or other customer-facing roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experienced in using CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and contribute to strategic sales planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
