Overview
We are a professional company specializing in printing equipment and system integration, currently seeking an experienced Installation Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of printing equipment, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise the entire installation process of printing equipment
Lead the installation team in on-site setup and machine calibration
Coordinate with clients and internal engineering teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Provide technical troubleshooting and propose improvement solutions
Ensure on-site safety and compliance with company standards
Train and guide team members to enhance technical and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in the printing machinery or related industry
Strong understanding of printing equipment structure, installation, and adjustment procedures
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Highly responsible and able to work under pressure, with willingness to travel or work on-site
Background in engineering, mechanical, or related technical fields preferred
