The successful candidate will oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of printing equipment, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise the entire installation process of printing equipment;
Lead the installation team in on-site setup and machine calibration;
Coordinate with clients and internal engineering teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met;
Provide technical troubleshooting and propose improvement solutions;
Ensure on-site safety and compliance with company standards;
Train and guide team members to enhance technical and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the printing machinery or related industry;
Strong understanding of printing equipment structure, installation, and adjustment procedures;
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills;
Highly responsible and able to work under pressure, with willingness to travel or work on-site;
Background in engineering, mechanical, or related technical fields preferred.
