What you'll be doing on the job
Duties:
Process all types of Person Alteration transactions and deliver within service standards.
Transactions, include changes in assignments, beneficiary nominations, change of signature, vesting, change of smoker/occupation/foreigner statuses, change of payee, party merging etc;Escalate to Compliance/AML on high-risk policyholders;Prepare endorsements/ letters;Check and file daily reports;Handle queries from reps, policyholders and internal staff;Assist in system testing for defects and enhancements;Assist in project work assigned by the Unit/Section Heads;Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices; andPerform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead.
