We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.
Responsibilities 1.
Develop and execute B2B marketing communication strategies to influence and engage key stakeholders across brands, media agencies, creative agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.
Drive storytelling that enhances TikTok for Business’s presence and credibility in the market.
2.
Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, spanning online/offline events, scaled education, partner enablement, content marketing, email marketing, social media, PR, client engagement, pipeline acceleration, and lead nurturing.
3.
Independently own and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, working closely with teams across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver marketing solutions that are aligned with business priorities.
4.
Provide creative and design direction across campaigns and experiences, serving as the bridge between internal vision and agency execution.
Craft clear briefs, define creative expectations, and give actionable feedback to guide assets across visual, video, and experiential formats.
5.
Craft high-impact content across formats, including keynote narratives, social media copy, articles, and client-facing materials—ensuring clarity, tone, and relevance for diverse B2B audiences.
6.
Partner with both global and local teams across APAC to ensure tight alignment on strategy, sharing best practices and acting as a thought partner to elevate business performance and campaign effectiveness.
7.
Optimize key marketing channels with a focus on event performance, leveraging data and insights to evaluate impact, inform decision-making, and scale proven approaches across the region.
Minimum Qualifications

Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.

Good understanding and appreciation of the business landscape and culture in APAC markets, exposure to regional roles.
3.
A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
4.
Strong communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
5.
Excellent in project management.
Ability to quickly complete/execute large volumes of work with high quality and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications experience in brands, media, advertising or technology industries preferred.
