We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Intelligence Senior Analyst - Singapore - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Info Security Ops Sr Analyst - C12) based in Singapore.

This role will be based in Singapore and report directly to the CSIS GSIC Singapore Manager, coordinating with counterparts in Tampa and London via a follow-the-sun operating model.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Execute threat intelligence monitoring and response, workplace violence, and traveler assistance day-to-day operations.

  • Maintain effective interaction models with all CSIS anchors to ensure timely incident notification and coordination.

  • Collaborate closely with CSIS Strategic Intelligence analysts to align intelligence collection and dissemination efforts.

  • Function as a subject matter expert on physical security and broader geopolitical threats and deliver all-source intelligence analytical assessments to inform decision making, proactively assessing threats that create risk to Citi, its people, assets and clients.

  • Apply theory and methods to collect, organize, analyze, interpret, and summarize information to provide actionable intelligence and situational awareness to decision makers in line with CSIS Intelligence Governance documents.

  • Produce presentations and brief intelligence assessments to senior leadership and stakeholders as needed.

  • Identify intelligence gaps and coordinate with relevant teams to address these gaps.

  • Maintain key CSIS GSIC performance indicators around productivity and risk management.

  • Complete appropriate training in a timely manner and implement knowledge gained.

  • Train and mentor others, including ongoing professional development.

  • Assess risk in business decisions, drive compliance with laws and regulations, uphold Citi policies, apply ethical judgment, and escalate/report control issues with transparency.

Required Qualifications

  • At least three to five years, or relevant academic experience.

  • Experience with private sector organizations preferred, including global or regional team experience.

  • Analytic experience related to intelligence analysis (private or government), geopolitical risk, cyber threat intelligence analysis, statistical/data analysis, or relevant experience in large and complex environments.

  • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative intelligence analysis to provide impactful findings and holistic threat understanding.

  • Strong knowledge of threat assessment and risk management strategies and familiarity with protective intelligence.

  • Experience participating in high-stakes incident and crisis response efforts.

  • Effective communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teams (IT, legal, compliance and risk management).

  • Ability to brief executives, stakeholders, peer institutions and government agencies for threat intelligence sharing.

  • Expertise in Windows and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with demonstrated problem-solving use of these tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.

  • Self-motivated and independent with the ability to make decisions in fast-paced, dynamic settings.

  • Flexible schedule as intelligence needs or crisis response require; typically Monday–Friday with rotating weekends as needed.

  • Note: This position may require working on rotating weekends and variable hours depending on business needs.

Desired Qualifications

  • 24/7 command center experience (e.g., JOIC, SIOC) is a plus.

  • Experience in security operations, technologies and incident response.

  • Crisis response experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize incident impact.

  • Executive protections intelligence support experience.

Education

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is a plus.
