The Interior Design Manager at DB&B will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of office designs that reflect our client's corporate identity while providing employees with a functional and inspiring workplace.
This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong communication skills to ensure design strategies align seamlessly with both client expectations and organizational objectives.
The Interior Design Manager will lead projects, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design, preferably in office or corporate environments, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects.
- Recognized qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Strong expertise in space planning, conceptual design, and presentation, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically compelling designs.
- Demonstrated experience in leading design projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ability to provide strategic design thinking, identify opportunities to leverage design as a business asset, and drive innovation and design excellence.
- Excellent leadership, client engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and present design solutions effectively.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, technologies, and best practices.
