Job Description
Learning Experience and Journey:
Learn about lyf, its brand strategy and how the brand is activated through different functions, which includes Brand, HR, Operations and Business Development.
Experience, collaborate and observe the interaction of functions during brand execution.
Understand the different typologies that is present within Singapore as well as through on-the-job training.
Developing skill sets through projects:
Brand
Drive the operation strategy of a brand including defining brand activities calendar, creation of robust plans, identification of potential vendors for engagement.
Assist to curate and develop guidelines for delivering brand promises and collaborating with different level of stakeholders to scale-up the brand.
Research, analyze and evaluate the potential of commercial activities as a brand-building strategy for lyf.
Recruitment and Talent Attraction
Develop brand assets and tactical plans for talent acquisition and development in line with brand standards and lyf digital strategy.
Support ad hoc projects which focus on developing the brand within existing and new projects.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytical, detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and people-oriented Innovative and creative team player who is also independent and a self-starter – ability to navigate a dynamic organization.
