What you will be working on
As PhillipCapital commemorates its 50th anniversary in 2025, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and jointly execute various exciting celebration events to mark this significant milestone.
At the same time, this role offers valuable experience in driving staff engagement across the organisation and enhancing our employer brand on LinkedIn.
In this role, you will
Support the planning and execution of PhillipCapital’s 50th anniversary eventsOrganise meaningful engagement activities for staff and internsCreate engaging content including write-ups, eDMs, and videos for internal communications and LinkedIn What we are looking for
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineKeen interest in Staff Engagement and Employer BrandingResourceful, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholdersExcellent communication skills (verbal and written English)Experience in creating eDMs and creating videos
