Roles & Responsibility
Operations support
- Conduct competitive and market analysis of the previous sales performance in term of discount / vouchers / bundles offers applied to improve and optimize the next one
- Continuously assess and optimize operations processes, procedures, tools, and automatization of recurring reports
- Monitor KPIs and set-up guidelines to measure the performance and service level of the floor team
- Prepare weekly team meeting - gathering information from different departments and transferring it to the whole team
- Support the floor team on Flash Sales event execution when necessary
Marketing support
- Planning & organizing our in-store and online flash sales from planning, liaison with business partners, media and KOLs, promotion plan, content development, ATL/BTL advertising, joint-promotions, on-site management to post-event evaluation
- Assist in managing day-to-day marketing support and diverse marketing projects
- Handle and follow up daily customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Financial report
- Prepare monthly sales and management reports, evaluate sales trends, and highlight areas of action
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Conduct business, quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales data
Corporate business development support
- Consolidate sales reports and provide clear presentation material to present during meeting with brands
- Participate to post-sale meetings with brands
- Data analysis - compute consumer data to provide insightful trends and understand consumer behaviour and preferences
Ad-hoc
- Participate in other projects and ad-hoc requests (e.g. creation of a new platform, implementation of new initiatives on the floor, support other business when necessary)
