Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders from different business unitsand functional areas, to elicit citizen/business needs through human-centric, visual methods such as service journeys and develop corresponding business cases
Ensure product readiness (e.g., Fabric Reports, Power Apps, AI solutions) for smooth deployment, adoption and operations by supporting testing, documentation, and user training activities
Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to address evolving business needs
Identify new opportunities for the relevant Business Unit's digital transformation by researching emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices
Assist in the development of AI solutions by supporting data collection and preparation, conducting testing and evaluation, and preparing supporting materials for documentation and reporting purposes
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Analytics, or other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and/or Fabric
Possess a good understanding of advanced analytics and ETL processes
Good communication skills
Proficient in Python and/or SQL programming
Detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong problem-solving skills
