Position summary:
In this Internship, you’ll support the engineering team by drafting and designing basic electrical schematics using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.
You’ll also assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation related to design activities.
This role offers hands-on experience with electrical design workflows and documentation practices.
What you’ll be doing:
Assist in drafting basic electrical schematics using CAD software under guidance from the engineering team
Support the design process by updating and revising existing electrical drawings as needed
Help prepare and organise technical documentation, including design reports and manuals
Maintain version control and proper filing of design and documentation materials
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs meet project specifications and standards
Who we’re looking for:
Polytechnic diploma students or university students studying Electrical, Mechatronics or Control Systems
Software skills: AutoCAD and/or EPLAN
