We are looking for an intern to join our Institutional Strategy team to support the development and implementation of our ESG and climate impact measurement framework, as well as sustainability-related initiatives.  Responsibilities Support the development and preparation of sustainability reports in alignment with relevant standards and frameworks Assist in conducting carbon accounting and climate impact assessments, including data collection, analysis, and reporting Contribute to the development and refinement of GenZero’s ESG and climate impact policies and guidelines Research and analyse industry best practices for sustainability measurement, reporting and data management to inform internal processes Support research on thought leadership pieces around sustainability and carbon markets, including talking points for speaking engagements Plan and coordinate meetings and discussions with relevant internal and external stakeholders Requirements Undergraduate in business, finance, sustainability, environmental science or related disciplines Strong interest in sustainability, climate impact or ESG investing Excellent research, writing and communication skills Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis is preferred Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks will be advantageous  Demonstrated project management, organisational skills with an attention to detail Ability to thrive in a start-up and fast-paced environment Minimum availability: 3-month internship (6-months preferred) Note: Please submit your CV in pdf format.  By clicking 'Submit Application', you hereby agree and consent to GenZero’s collection, use, and disclosure of the information you provide in accordance with these terms, GenZero’s Privacy Policy ( https://genzero.co/privacy-policy ), and the relevant applicable law.
