Description:
Intern will have the opportunity to work in a world class cleanroom environment, and be actively involved in a Continuous Improvement Project (CIP) in which we aim to improve the wafer quality during the polishing process inside the CMP polishing equipment.
Through design innovation and implementation, the intern will have the opportunity to be able to contribute on a solution which will assist in the prevention of wafer scrap.
On top of that, the intern will also be exposed to other productivity projects which will help improve line efficiency.
Project Scope:
Explore collaboration with our equipment team members to drive this CIP to completion.
Explore collection and analysis of equipment data, to make meaningful and informed engineering decisions.
Deliverable: The CIP implementation will potentially contribute to the workstation's performance, by reducing the number of wafer scraps.
Skillset Required: Automation, Software exposure (Python, web/tableau programming), strong hands on mindset, good analytical skills.
