Brief Overview:
SGX Finance comprises various teams including Financial Reporting and Tax (FRT) and CFO Unit Operations and Controls (COC).
FRT is responsible for (i) SGX Group's financial reporting, accounting, and advisory matters, and (ii) all local and overseas tax matters of SGX Group, including corporate tax, withholding tax, GST/VAT, FATCA/ CRS.
COC is responsible for (i) overseeing the risk and controls issues in CFO Unit, including the running of Risk and Control Self-Assessment program and governance of vendor managed services, (ii) finance operations such as billing, receipts from customers and procure to pay activities, and (iii) treasury support on banking, investments, and funding matters.
