Job Description
You will be supporting the HR Business Partnering team in daily HR operations and the end-to-end employee life cycle.
Responsibilities
Support and facilitate employee life cycle processes that include:
Manage headcount report and organisation charts
Analyse HR data and prepare related presentation decks and reports for HR activities, including annual budgeting exercise
Extract and prepare data for annual HR activities, including employee engagement surveys
Assist in the recruitment process, including screening job applicants and sharing shortlisted profiles with hiring managers
Work closely with HR Shared Services and HR Information Systems to handle HR transactions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department
Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by the team
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource or any other related disciplines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
