**CORPORATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES**
The intern will work for Marriott’s Compensation & Benefits team.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Assist in maintaining C&B-related policies and guidelines database
+ Assist in the execution and implementation of key priority projects
+ Prepare reports and/or presentation decks for management’s review
+ Provides support in annual C&B exercises including salary survey participation/analysis and annual compensation cycle
+ Handles any administrative tasks, ad-hoc duties and projects as requested.

+ Understand the hospitality industry and key C&B functions
+ Display professionalism in both verbal and written communication with all stakeholders
+ Problem-solving and project management skills to drive business outcomes
+ Build technical skills & competency in C&B
**JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
We are looking for a university student who is passionate, committed, and keen to establish a career in the Development discipline with the following attributes:
+ Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment.
+ Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Excellent command of spoken and written English
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
+ Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills
**QUALIFICATION STANDARD**
**Education:**
+ Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Management, Economics preferred
**Requirements:**
+ Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass/work holiday pass
+ Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program/undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or the United States.
+ Prepared to commit to a six-month internship
