We are looking for 1 intern to join our HR Team.
During your internship, you will be deeply immersed in NTUC, its mission, history and values.
In this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience through these key areas of responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning and analysing HR data to support workforce planning, recruitment, learning & development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the development and enhancement of HR dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau to track HR metrics and KPIs.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
- Support recruitment activities, including coordinating career fairs, recruitment campaigns and employer branding projects, as well as handling job postings and interview scheduling.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on HR analytics practices and trends to provide insights for ongoing projects.
- Provide administrative and project support to the HR team to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.
