**About Team:**



This position reports to the Lab Manager and interfaces with lab scientists.

**Internship Assignment Summary:**



+ **Maintain and monitor consumables/reagent inventory** , ensuring accurate usage tracking and timely replenishment.

+ **Coordinate procurement activities** , including initiating purchase requests when stock is low and drafting Material/Service Requests (MSRs).

+ **Prepare laboratory essentials** such as pipette tip boxes and buffers to support smooth daily operations.

+ **Assist in monthly chemical stock-taking** and manage requests for new chemicals, supporting compliance and readiness.

+ **Conduct bi-weekly warehouse inventory reviews** to reconcile records and identify potential supply risks.

+ **Contribute to process improvements** , including developing low-stock alert systems, optimizing request workflows, and enhancing documentation practices.



**Education/Qualifications/Skills** :



+ student or graduate in Chemistry or a related field

+ Proficient in Excel (including VBA and Macros)
