Introduction of Talent:

Our Learning team plays a key role in upskilling and reskilling the Deep Tech Ecosystem.

We design innovative learning strategies with industry experts to empower professionals through workshops, leadership programs, and data-driven insights.

Our work is dynamic and creative, focusing on building talent pipelines and future-ready development programs.

Every initiative is crafted to be impactful, engaging, and fun, fostering continuous growth in the tech community.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with industry experts: Work closely with thought leaders and professionals to help deliver high-quality learning experiences.

  • Work with a network of leading learning partners: Gain hands-on experience in coordinating educational programs with renowned learning partners.

  • Lead and organise impactful workshops: Take ownership of events and workshops that shape the skills of the next generation of deep tech talent.

  • Analyse and interpret data from past and current programmes and participants to help optimise our learning offerings.

  • Research deep tech trends and competitors, providing valuable insights that will shape our strategy and keep us ahead in the ecosystem.

You will be a good fit if you possess:

  • Project management experience in data gathering and analysis.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • A proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to innovate.

  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore new ideas.
