You will be immersed in the respective specialist functions – at SGX, we believe that our interns are involved in real-time work from Day 1.

Operations and Technology Roles:
Brief Overview:
Technology Service Management (SM) team is the foundation of SGX's enterprise technology operations, delivering reliability, resilience, and ongoing improvement across all IT services.
SM governs the full lifecycle of service processes, including Incident, Problem, and Availability Management, while driving operational workflow enhancements, to ensure transparency and accountability.
The team oversees the Enterprise Command Centre (ECC), proactively monitoring service health, coordinating rapid responses to technology disruptions, and leading thorough post-incident reviews.
SM is also looks into process optimisation, automation, and the adoption of Generative AI, modernising IT operations to boost efficiency and elevating the service experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
