Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professional.
As an Intern, Sales Excellence Data Analyst, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
- Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to enhance sales efficiency.
- Assist the ASEAN sales team with ongoing analytical, administrative, and operational tasks, ensuring smooth sales processes.
- Manage sales reports, sales dashboards, and sales processes to make data access and extraction more efficient, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Involve in various projects with different stakeholders to support and drive sales initiatives across the organization.
- Support Preferred Partner programs and channel strategies to optimize sales performance and expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, contributing to informed strategic planning.
- Assist in preparing presentation slides and other ad-hoc sales activities, ensuring effective communication of key information.
- Assist in other ad-hoc analytics and marketing projects and tasks, providing versatile support to the Sales Excellence team.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-through are required, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), enabling effective data analysis and presentation.
- Structured and analytical thinking, able to deep-dive into problems and present possible solutions, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Basic knowledge of data analytics processes – data engineering, modeling, or visualization, providing a foundation for data-driven insights.
- Basic experience in analytics tech stacks – statistical programming languages like R or Python; visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Qlik; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus, facilitating data manipulation and analysis.
- Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with stakeholders in a multinational environment and to understand technical documentation.
- This is essential for collaborating with diverse teams and accessing resources.
