Job Description
Data Entry and Analysis
- Support in critical tracking and measurement metrics related to campaign objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collating database of point-of-contacts of charity personnel
- Support the collection and analysis of charities on , including but not limited to fundraising, marketing campaign performance and volunteer sign-up rates to moniter performance and tweak strategies going forward
- Support in market research related to to deepen insights that can be applied to grow giving activities
Stakeholder Management
- Support outreach to charities pertaining to fundraising and volunteering plans
- Collaborate and coordinate with the marketing team, by liaising with charities on content for review and approval
- Assist in providing advisory services to NPOs regarding their fundraising campaign and accompanying content strategy
- Assist in administrative duties as required (e.g. note-taking, scheduling meetings)
Events Management
- Perform administrative duties related to event planning, including and not limited to event communications, liaising between attendees/partners/vendors
- Assist in meeting preparation and coordination, including booking of event venues, liaising with internal staff on roles, external participants or partners, and logistics required for event
- Provide on-site support during events, including setting up, troubleshooting, and tear down.
- Evaluation of event performance post event.
Qualification
- Currently enrolled or graduated from a diploma or degree program related to Communications or Humanities or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for nonprofit work and community engagement.
