About the role
Based in Singapore, you will report to the Engagement and Events Senior Manager and be a key member of the team that shapes how we communicate and engage with our employees across the world.
You will be joining us at a pivotal moment, as we elevate our internal communications strategy and deepen integration across the organisation.
You will help to implement Dyson’s internal communications and engagement agenda, inspiring employees through events and engagement opportunities, key product moments, experiences and corporate milestones and inspiring content.
You’ll play an active part in bringing our strategy and employee experience to life.
You are highly organised and skilled in project management, you handle shifting priorities and complex challenges with agility and a proactive mindset.
You are confident in collaborating across functions, including with senior leaders.
You are creative and develop creative solutions by thinking outside the box.
You help set benchmarks for communication best practices—ensuring Dyson’s internal messaging is clear, engaging, consistent, and supports greater employee connection and involvement.
Key responsibilities
Support the execution of Dyson’s global employee engagement and events strategy, contributing ideas and best practices to enhance impact and reach.Plan, coordinate, and deliver memorable internal events and engagement opportunities—such as town halls, leadership forums, senior leadership conferences, product launches, CEO initiatives, and celebrations—across Dyson offices globally.Assist in the design and delivery of innovative engagement programmes that connect employees to Dyson’s mission, vision, and values.Work closely with Product Communications teams to showcase product launches internally - bringing technology stories to life, highlighting behind-the-scenes perspectives, and celebrating Dyson’s people and culture.Champion standards of excellence and best practices for planning, delivering, and evaluating employee engagement activities and events.Manage communications and engagement initiatives for the Malaysia campus, ensuring a cohesive and engaging local employee experience.Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographies to ensure that engagement activities align with business priorities and offer a consistent employee experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers, agencies, and venue partners as necessary for event delivery.Develop and implement enterprise-wide campaigns and communications for key milestones and significant Dyson moments including product launches.About you
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communications, with significant exposure to internal or employee communications within a global business environment.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build productive partnerships across various levels, including senior leaders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creative storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in fast-paced, dynamic settings, consistently delivering outstanding results for the organisation.Creative and innovative mindset, tech savvy, always seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Proactive approach, with strong drive and resilience; able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when required.Energetic and engaging, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues within a matrixed environment.Confident, decisive, and able to see projects through to completion, while remaining adaptable, positive, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change.Willingness and ability to travel internationally as business needs require.
