Job Description:
Technical Support
Provide technical support to customers on hosting, server, and network-related issues.
Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation for service interruptions.
Manage support tickets and ensure prompt, professional resolution.
Coordinate with data center partners, and internal teams for issue resolution.
Server Administration
Perform server deployment, reinstallation, and configuration (Linux/Windows).
Conduct hardware checks, OS updates, and basic performance tuning.
Assist with backup management, disk replacement, and system monitoring.
Maintain server inventory and documentation.
Network Management
Data Center Operations
Support rack installation, cabling, and patch panel management.
Perform on-site hands & eyes assistance for customers and remote engineers.
Maintain a tidy and compliant data center environment.
Reporting & Documentation
Minimum Qualications and Requirements:
ITE qualication or Diploma in IT Field or relevant
Willing to travel across Singapore and overseas when required for work
Accommodate with a fast learner environment.
Able to perform standby duty (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
Minimum 1 year of experience in data center, ISP, or hosting environment preferred.
