Job Responsibilities:* Administrative duties such as stock inventory list & related paperwork* To perform ordering inventory, data entry, general office duties, updating, material checking, job schedules & documentation filing etc,* Annual physical inventory data entry* Knowledge of Auto Count will be an advantage* Other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements:*Candidate must be a Singaporean/PR with at least a GCE 'O' level certificate*At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field*5.5days work week*Preferably specialized in administrative support or equivalent* Able to start in short notice
