What you'll be doing?
- Inventory Management: Maintain precise records of raw materials, spare parts, and tools through regular cycle counts and reconciliation, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Data Analysis: Update inventory databases and prepare comprehensive reports, providing valuable insights on inventory status and trends.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee incoming and outgoing shipment inspections, upholding high company standards and product integrity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to streamline inventory movements and address issues promptly.
- Process Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements to inventory control procedures, driving efficiency and accuracy in operations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of all inventory transactions and adjustments, ensuring transparency and traceability.
Who are they looking for?
- Educational Background: Diploma holders or equivalent in related fields, with additional coursework or certification in logistics or supply chain management being advantageous.
- Relevant Experience: Candidates with inventory management, warehouse operations, or accounts assistant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Analytical Mind: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Organizational Prowess: Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Other Information:
- Working Day: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm, Sat 8:30am - 12:30pm (Saturday will be Work from Home)
- Work hours more than 44hours/week able to claim off-in-lieu during weekdays.
- Salary: $3000 - $3500, with AWS provided
- Working Location: Tuas South, Singapore
