Job Description
- Oversee and manage the Central Store operations
- Perform daily matching of vendor Delivery Order (DO) with Purchase Order (PO) and update the system
- Handle goods issuing from the store and record transactions in the system on a daily basis
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) for items with low stock levels
- Create Delivery Orders (DO) for the plant and manage blue and yellow DO copies
- Provide support for month-end closing activities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical audits
- Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior
- GCE 'O' level and above
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing inventory
- Accurate and meticulous with attention to details
- Able to work independently with little instruction on routine work
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels
- Basic Excel skill required
- Transport provided at Jurong East MRT station
- Able to work 5.5 day week
