We are working with a well-established real estate private equity platform based in Singapore to look for a bright, highly motivated and driven analyst / associate with excellent financial modelling skills.

Role: Investment Analyst/Associate
Key Responsibilities: This is an all-encompassing role in the core fund team, where you will be part of the team assisting in portfolio management, asset management, fund management, investment underwriting and equity raising:
Lead the portfolio management activities, including:Monitor and evaluate investment and fund level-performance.
Maintain the Fund Model.
Undertake attribution analysis and various sensitivity and scenario analysis.Help to compute NAV and projections.Work with asset managers to help prepare variance analysis and prepare/ update performance projections/point forwards.Prepare internal and investor reports (quarterly reports, flash reports etc) and assist with investor (and potential investor) requests. Participate in the property budget and strategic planning process, valuations, lease management and any other asset management activities to drive performance including capex and asset enhancement initiatives. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders: tenants, leasing agents, property managers, business partners, property appraisers, and IR/finance/legal teams. Provide transaction support and assist with the analysis/underwriting of new investment opportunities. Help prepare Investment Committee memorandums for various updates/approval on Fund and asset matters. Assist with initiatives, projects, pipeline underwriting for new products and the broader business. Key Requirements: A passion for real estate, desire to build a career in the industry, with 1-4 years of experience; The ability to identify and clearly articulate key real estate and financial drivers and analysis; Excellent data management and strong technical modelling skills; Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; Fluency in English, an additional Asian language is ideal.
