Requirements:

  • English & Mandarin literate, need to deal with Mandarin clients speaking
  • Good computer skills, basic words and excel knowledge
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Good team work spirit and energetic
  • Minimum N Level

Job scope:

  • Invoicing and Data entry
  • Sorting out of documents and filing to company standards
  • Photocopying and scanning, e-filing accordingly
  • Answering calls and email
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Working hours:

  • Mon to Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
