Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and refine sales forecasts for assigned customer accounts.
- Expand the customer base through cold-calling, relationship management, and industry networking, while fostering strong, ongoing relationships with customers.
- Collaborate across departments to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources, ensuring successful customer solutions.
- Meet sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities and maintaining customer satisfaction through product and service excellence.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
- Contribute to the development of value propositions and skillfully negotiate to close sales deals.
- Provide regular updates on customer interactions and market activities during weekly sales meetings.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of IT products and solutions.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influence skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas, with a results-driven approach to target achievement.
- Ability to understand and address business problems while qualifying sales opportunities.
- A Diploma in any discipline is required.
