Responsibilities
System & Project Support (70%)
Prepare System Requests (OSR) and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Electronic Medical Records system (EPIC) to support Radiology IT.
Track and coordinate project timelines and deliverables with Radiology Informatics personnel.
Organize and facilitate troubleshooting sessions with IT teams.
Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
Support budgeting and procurement processes for Radiology IT projects and systems.
Intra-Cluster Processes & Services (25%)
Manage and optimize intra-cluster referral processes.
Oversee leasing arrangements for equipment and services.
Coordinate outsourcing of services as required.
Data Analysis & Process Improvement (5%)
Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Propose and implement process enhancements based on findings.
Requirements
Degree in Business IT, Information Technology, Diagnostic Radiography, Health Informatics, or related fields.
With at least 2 years of relevant experience in contract management, vendor relations, IT, or project management (preferably in healthcare) will have an advantage.
Basic understanding of IT and network systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in teams.
Willing to work flexible hours, including after-office duties when required.
