Responsibilities:
- Serve as a principal point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with technical teams to meet service expectations
- Understand client's needs and recommend suitable IT products and services
- Guide clients through onboarding to company's services: setting expectations, SLAs, support channels, and escalation procedures
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in IT services and solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
