Responsibilities:
Liaising with Government agencies on delivery/collection matter
Liaising with the Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after-sales matters
Arrange delivery schedule for in-house drivers on daily basis
Arrange engineer for inspecting and verification of IT peripherals before collection
Maintain accurate and neat asset inventory and data records
Prepare and submit monthly reports for each tender
Handle incoming calls and email enquiries
Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies
Good communication skills and able to work independently
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders
Proficient in MS Words/Excel
Others:
Able to start immediately
5 days work week from Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm
