Responsibilities:
- Provide support for PCs, laptops, Outlook, Windows, and macOS, including both software and hardware troubleshooting
- Assist with hardware support for desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, and related peripherals
- Deliver high-quality technical support and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Perform basic IT maintenance tasks, such as cleaning disk drives and resolving issues with jammed laser printers
- Install and uninstall software on desktop PCs and laptops as required
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC qualification in an IT-related discipline
- Basic understanding of computer hardware systems, including chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals
- Foundational knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and remote access systems
- Willingness to work in a healthcare environment.
