Responsibilities :
Deliver L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
Act as the M365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide internal teams and support users.
Troubleshoot and resolve server and network-related issues affecting M365 services.
Handle escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and detailed root cause analysis.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and security.
Provide knowledge-sharing, technical guidance, and best practices to colleagues.
Requirements :
Proven experience in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services.
Strong understanding of network protocols, DNS, routing, and firewalls.
Hands-on expertise in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability to resolve L2/L3 escalations and critical incidents.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
