Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm
Location: Chinatown
Salary: Up $3,500
Responsibilities:
· Provide tier 1 support to end users through identifying, investigating and troubleshooting of IT problems brought by users of laptops, servers, internal software programs, web and main frame applications
· Escalate incoming requests to tier 2 support IT members and follow up where necessary
· Provide support reports on related IT members and supervisor in regular basis
· Provide training to users
· Assist on ad hoc IT projects
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree
· years of relevant experience
